Both Warner and Head would like to go after Siraj in the 1st PP.  Like they did yesterday to Rabada & Jansen.  I think slower off cutters/cross seam deliveries would be effective on this pitch.    IIRC,  after getting hit by Pak openers in his initial spell, Siraj came back with that kind of stuff to dismiss Abdullah Shafique (LBW).

Head is tulla who plays extremely high risk game. It would be travesty if he scored even in double digits against us.
