He would easily help us win wtc final easily. Problem is he is a non performing player.

I don't think so. I really like wadkar, but he doesn't seem to be fast scoring to play at no. 7 or lower and not enough of a batter to play at no. 5 or earlier. that only leaves no. 6, which is often occupied by jaddu, who is better suited to it.

 

hence, it's more a matter of moving parts and team balance.
