Frustrated Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 Don't think it would be appropriate to call NZ pitches as being the most spin unfriendly. Lyon picked up 4 wickets yesterday(Day 2) and phillips has picked 5 so far (Day 3). Kron 1

Besides Australia is notorious weak against spin. Even when Australia made 150 in 15 overs at Dharamsala, moment they brought on philipos he completely halted the scoring.

However, Phillips, in the inning break today, said: "the pitch is assisting spin. And it will be a huge challenge to handle Lyon and the Aus pacers" Kron 1
