2012 we were unlucky to miss out on SF. Rain in Aus game nuked our NRR.

2014 best team, 9/10 times we would have won that final.

2016 was a meh campaign, Kohli was a one man army. Toygers should have ended our misery.

2016 was decent. defeated pak and aus.

2021 was crap.

2022 was also mostly crap. we topped the group due to a kohli miracle to beat pak and defeating the minnows. lost to sa and end.

2024 was great. Shouldn't be bundled with 21 and 22. defeated aus, eng and sa in a row. scored 170+ against all 3.

2016 was mostly individual brilliance. Got hammered against Kiwis on a raging turner, fluked a win against BD. That's why the SF loss there doesn't bother me much, we never looked like potential champs.

Agree with the rest.

2016 we should have lost to BD but should have won the SF. 15 balls 32 runs needed. Bumrah bowls and Lendl simmons hits and ball gets caught in deep but feet touches the ropes..

2021: I dont even consider that toss cup. India would have won both matches if they won the toss

2022 :Should have lost to Pak. Lost to SAF.  Should have lost to BD till everyones favourite Kela nails a 80 m throw from deep to get Hitton Das out who was running away with the game. That was probably the best piece of LOI fielding seen from an Indian player till this WC.

2016 semi we could have won if not for no ball wickets and that catch at the boundary.

Mainly if not for Rahane's useless 40(35)
