thanks!

That's dangerois to chatgpt your health/meds. I would consult an expert or doctor first. There are many listed under holistic medicine/naturopathy.

Years ago, I used to work litigation in a partnership firm. One of the senior partners, a Kutchi gentleman, used neem oil as an insecticide on the potted plants in the office.

Why do I remember this factoid? The smell, lets just say, was memorable for all the wrong reasons.

To reduce fatty liver, get active and lose fat in the body. Liver will follow suite.

As for neem suppliments and liver/kidney issues, i dont know. But ask your naturopath about consuming neem in leaf form and maybe go that way first. neem-baingan is a pretty tasty and simple dish to make, its basically frying kaala-jeera, neem, baingan, with some salt & turmeric in it. thats it.

Goes great with rice.

Is pure death with roti ( i have tried both).

Last month, had bought  Neem leaves by mistake thinking it was kadi patta. I saw your message, looked up how to make Neem baingan. Came out pretty good, a lot bitter than karela. Of course used a lot of masala to get rid of the kadwi.
