Think that there is some rule with bcci that player has to take off a 2 yrs of cooling off period after retirement to play other leagues

DK payed right away. Besides what is the point lol He will be 2 years older than now.

Sundar is worse, effects of curd rice diet.

I think they can still eat whey protein concentrate or isolate which absorbs much better than any meat. There are several supplements that strengthens your bone , nerves.. B12, ALC, ALA. Banana  , Peanut butter.. there are so many simple foods that provide energy. I think players don't push themselves with athletic routines as you can pick up other type of injuries like i have now. Pinched nerve. My extreme cardio led to this.  I haven't been unable to do exercise for more than a month because of that. I am starting therapy this week.

He retired from test cricket in 2021, donot think he said anything else about other formats.

There was a rule of cooling off period, it was to prevent Ind players to retire in favour of other t20 leagues. Not sure if that rule is withdrawn or not but there ha been no such news that rules are withdrawn.

There are multiple other rules too, think no Ind ipl player can promote other franchise team /leagues

Cooling period should not be used for older players who retired due to age. That is unfair.

do not care what they do with retired players, but if t20 is future then ind players should participate in other leagues too.

any other team's top player/talent have a heads up on ind player, they are playing if not 3 then at least 2 leagues --one ipl and other their own.

this is a drawback , just take a look at how others team's players get ipl contracts and get in ipl-playing 11- bethell, brevis, stubbs, mapkha, owen, mcgurg. where are ind players from same batch ???

there are so many newer players getting into ipl playing 11 because of their exp. and performance in other leagues. where else ind players are sitting on bench to be dropped in 2 years for newer batch to warm the benches for next batch.

They know INdian players bring more eye balls. It will significantly boost the viewership. Something BCCI doesn't want. Imagine Jaiswal, Gill playing for some 100 franchisee. Peole will tune in just to see them. I don't think BCCI wants that

then there should be a d-league kind of concept needed for ipl
