I think they can still eat whey protein concentrate or isolate which absorbs much better than any meat. There are several supplements that strengthens your bone , nerves.. B12, ALC, ALA. Banana , Peanut butter.. there are so many simple foods that provide energy. I think players don't push themselves with athletic routines as you can pick up other type of injuries like i have now. Pinched nerve. My extreme cardio led to this. I haven't been unable to do exercise for more than a month because of that. I am starting therapy this week.

He retired from test cricket in 2021, donot think he said anything else about other formats. There was a rule of cooling off period, it was to prevent Ind players to retire in favour of other t20 leagues. Not sure if that rule is withdrawn or not but there ha been no such news that rules are withdrawn. There are multiple other rules too, think no Ind ipl player can promote other franchise team /leagues

They know INdian players bring more eye balls. It will significantly boost the viewership. Something BCCI doesn't want. Imagine Jaiswal, Gill playing for some 100 franchisee. Peole will tune in just to see them. I don't think BCCI wants that tapandrun 1

I don't think BCCI wants that then there should be a d-league kind of concept needed for ipl
