Indian Test cricket needs total Revamp from scratch

He was dropped at 20 a dolly catch there also.He just does not look like number 3 batsman.

1: Sack the selectors 

 

2: Sack Gambhir

 

3: Change the mindset. Choose 145-150 bowlers and ENCOURAGE them to bowl quick. Don’t f discard them if they don’t give u immediate results.  For work horses, criteria should be 135-144. You will need those too. 

4: For batters, make sure they’ve got all bases covered or at least no severe limitations. This is regardless of Ranji scores. Do they have a back foot game? Can they handle swing / pressure? Do they have other strengths that can sufficiently negate these weaknesses (ideally don’t include such players if u have options)?

For the test team revamp ,action should be taken against some seniors also.

We cant move forward if Patidar,Bharat,Sarfaraz, Paddikal,Karun, Sai ,Anshul ,are made scapegoats and the main decision makers ie selectors,coach,asst coach ,captain's senior players are left scot-free.

 

After loosing almost 10 tests ,if young players are punished then we may see the same results again and again.
