But what bothered me was how the two donkeys were outnumbered. No wonder they were finished in the blink of an eye - it just wasn't a fair fight. I would like to see 8 donkeys fighting 1 lion or something like that - giving the donkeys some kind of numerical advantage - that would make things a bit closer.

Seems you dont watch much of Discovery/Animal Planet/National Geographic. You put 100 donkeys against one lion and all that the donkeys would do is run. The lion would pick one and hunt down.:D The only cattle that can scare a lion when in a herd is the bison and the wild buffaloes. In "The man eaters of Kumayu" Jim Corbett describes how a herd of Buffaloes saved their master from a man eating tiger by just surrounding the tree on which their master had taken refuge. The tiger kept circling the tree all night, but never dared attack. Corbett found the man out in the morning and took him home. Yes, its cruel.

veer Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 wow.. the first video is just too cruel.. but rajeev's is just awesome.. if they had pushed those lions in water at the end.. crocs and lions in water would be interesting to watch.. on other note its surprising to see baby buffello still alive after those attacks
