Sairaj is a leggie. Not sure how good he was with the googly. But he just seems like someone who'd be a very good coach - someone who was not born oozing with talent but had to maximize his potential by grinding.

Good decision, nt sure if sairaj is good coach or not but there is a need fr specialized coaching in spin department as well.

 

Times are changing spinner needs to find ways to effective in all 3-formats. Modern t20 trajectory is diff from what is used in test cricket. 

 

We saw Varun getting hit for 4/6 in the t20i wc tere should have been some help if there was a spin bowling coach, kuldeep also looks like is only good vs some teams else good hitter just keeps hitting him and he does not look like taking a wkt.
