Anyway it was a marginal call only, with bounce in Wanderers might have missed the stumps or been just clipping. 

 

2003 WC F is one match about which I have least regrets. Because I remember the TVS tri-series after that in India, where a bowling attack of  Brad Williams, Bichel, Harvey, Clarke, Symonds humiliated our side. 

 

No Indian team was beating that 2003 Aus side. Also don't forget Dada's terrible record in finals.

We lost Srinath and Nehra in that tri series. Plus in batting no one stepped up to support Sachin. He was heads and shoulders above anyone. Dravid did well marginally.
More than Williams, it was Nathan Bracken whose left arm angle troubled our batters...Yuvraj, Kaif, Laxman, Sehwag all were mediocre.
