But also the truth is, in a state of war, rhere is absolutely no way to determine, who is a militant and who is a common people. Take an example of India v Pakistan itself...tomorrow if we allow Pakistanis to visit India and normalize relation....between some of them who are terrorists infiltrate and unleash a biological weapon in India which kills thousands of people. There will be absolutely no way to know which good or bad Pakistani did that. Coz everyone will defend themselves and their country.

All Palestinan may not have been part of attack owing to discreet nature of planning but streets of Gaza were filled with celebrations by the so called innocent Palestinian.
