I have gathered over 900GBs of books, mp3s and television series from the web which i have no intention of watching, or every being able to read... though i would love to read them... and i spend at least two hours a day searching for more... i need out!!!

That is some serious amount of media you got there - and in my experience, from friendship to lust- presenting people with music or movies you think they will like is a great way of progressing relationships. Pity you wont listen/watch/read your collection to match your media with different people, but if you ever get around to it, you will make Paris Hilton look like a socially awkward person.

Pity you wont listen/watch/read your collection to match your media with different people, but if you ever get around to it, you will make Paris Hilton look like a socially awkward person. actually there are a number of audio books, and quite a few of them are ones i have never gotten around to reading. for instance, the entire dune saga by frank herbert and stephen fry's novels: the hippopotamus for one, are amongst the ones i have actually heard... but there are a million others... all the jane austen works, old radio recordings of Sci Fi shows and a number of lectures on physics... some i have heard, but i am gathering them faster than i can read them!!! my cherished possessions would be the beyond belief seminars: the 2006 and 2007 editions... both in audio and video... but i am really accumulating like an addict!

THX_1138 Posted October 15, 2008 Author Posted October 15, 2008 just to give everyone an idea... i have in the past week downloaded the entire farscape series, the entire babylon 5 series, the entire bbc dramatization of the jane austen classics and most of macgyver and i ahve had time to view only three episodes of macgyver!

Previously, that'd have been blasphemy for me.[/quote'] yeah... same here. with the exception of the F1 season that i keep till the end of the year and a few television shows: The Fixer, Life On MArs (UK), Eleventh Hour (UK series again), and a few comedies, i delete them all! i am running out of usb ports to connect the additional hdd... not to mention i have two networked computers going too, all feeding my kleptomania... but i need out! help me! someone steal my stuff or pull the plug on my connection. i need my own tyler durden to escape the banality of my current existence!
