Most of them are not only good cricketers (proven by their success at the Ranji and international level) but also play a very attractive brand of cricket ya and u can add things like - good fielders - good captain - pretty kool - good sense of humor on and of the field

BCCI should prioritize their participation in Ranji, and schedule accordingly. (yes, zuby - i own bcci and u can page them if u want) The junior folks in Ranji will really benefit from bowling to folks like Tendulkar, Sehwag and batting against Zaheer Khan etc. That will be the way to raise the skill level of next gen cricketers.
