Cricketics Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 we are in 2008, as the clock continues to run, how do you think ICF will go on??? where do you see ICF and its member heading to in next 5 years. would we all be alive here and talking to each other and discussing cricket and other stuff here 5 years from now? would there be new set of members who would be running the site and all this current lot would be busy in their regular life and won't bother visiting this ICF site??? the active members of today would be visiting the site??? What will you do?? would you be coming here everytime???? I don't know what country i would be living in 2013, what browser i would be using or what operating system i would be using 5 years from now, but i will be visiting this site regularly.. if it's alive....

The Outsider Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 A good chance to delve a bit down memory lane.....I've known the founders and lot of other members here for a good 5 years now....we moved as a unit to this new site. I've met a few in person, have spoken to a few others on the phone and life has changed. Although my 9000 posts might not suggest it, I don't find enough time to spend on the site anymore. But at the end of the day, it's a vision and a lot of fun for me......so I'll not only be active here for the future but will do everything I can to keep it alive.

One's outlook on life can change in that time span. There are some real characters on the site whom I find quite interesting and it may be difficult to replace those characters if they wander away:two_thumbs_up: Btw, will test cricket be alive in 5 years?
