In Jersey city i think there is a dhaba owned by one Hindi supporting actor, I am not able to recollect the name right now, does anyone know that? Also Roti Boti is very good near NYC/NJ area residents closer to queens actually but the food is heaven.

Do you guys eat street food? Chicken and rice on 6th and 53rd is f'in awesome!
Maybe in US you can get by with that. But be careful abt street food in India - know where you are eating. Else ur tummy will go for a six.

I have heard that too often but never had a problem with it. The best food in the world are on the streets, including India. Be it chaats or paani puris or roadside Chinese stalls. Awesome!!

The food in Jackson Heights is awesome - the best Indian food I've had in the US. In fact, now that you have reminded me, might try pick up something for dinner from there tonight, though it's quite a subway ride.

Officially in NJ, but right across the river from NYC. Will definitely try the above place out. Just pulled it up on google maps and looks like it's pretty close to Jackson Heights.
