Desi Cartman Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I miss holi , its one of the festivals which are not very religious but are fun to celebrate. we sometimes played cricket while we were soaked and had color drying and our bodies itching but we still continued to play cricket ... I also remember when I was 13, I went to this community party on holi and had something to eat .. after I got home I slept for 12 hrs ... Shane Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I used to love it as a kid, we used to fill up our artillery of water ballons and have those massive 'pichkaaris' to faceoff between the adjacent buildings, it was like 'bombs away' and post-drenching watch 'Sholay', it was loads of fun !!!

punjabi_khota Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Holi in IIT 2005 :-)) We basically dig a BIG ASS pit in the ground, filled it with water..all muddy, and threw absolutely everyone in it...forcibly if needed...it was ****ing awesome..then and finished it off with a few glasses of bhang and a few bhang pakore.

nikred Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 When i was little kid by that time its afternoon I would have already played holi took bath and get ready to sit in front of TV. Then the doorbell used to ring, there they are my mom's old city cousins with pichkari and stuff.:nervous:. I used to run away from backdoor and hide in my friend's house(with no guarantee i would not get attacked on the streets.:nervous:)
