Court conviction question arises when there is any case.. Court is not some Robin hood which keeps pullign people from street without rhyme or reason first judge and jury like you need to find few dubious evidence to get some case registered.. we will talk about conviction later.. and yes you should shamed for your dubious knowledge about indian judiciary for sure of nothing else

There is hardly any respect or tolerance for different faiths (I am not asking to respect extremism, but extremism is there on both sides but painted differently by some folks here).
