Beatrice Straight is second place, she won Best Supporting Actress for Network in 1976 for about 10 minutes of screen time. Anthony Hopkins won Best Actor in 1991 for less than 16 minutes of screen time as Dr. Hannibal "The Cannibal" Lecter in The Silence Of The Lambs.
