With Jadeja playing, we are playing with 5 bowlers.... Y.Pathan, R.Sharma, Yuvi can fill up the quota of 5th bowler. .....Cant believe we dont have better allrounder/players in whole of India than Jadeja...

For a 20 year old he has lot of spunk. Just because a batsman can't accelerate like Yuvraj, Chris Gayle he shouldn't be labelled as a failure. I remember how chanderpaul struggled in the early part of his career where he would make an odd 50 and get out. He has decent technique. He will have a good career. Dare i say he will play Tests before Raina.

He is only 20 he might be a good lower middle order batsman who can rotate strikes like michel bevan but he is not a good striker of a ball for sure like yv

Ramzz Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 He needs to go back and develop rotating the strike. I think he is like how dravid was at the beginning of his ODI career. The talent is there, just needs some confidence and his skills need to be nurtured. His fielding is good, thats a plus.
