You dont get to be Wasim Akram unless you come with his superfast arm-action & shoulder-generated pace that allowed him to exert complete control over his wrist position. You dont make Wasim Akrams out of Imran Khan types, neither do you make Bishen Bedis out of Paul Adamses.

And from when does the Defence and guilty party decide what should be the punishment. Then again nothing new,PCB after reading the Qayyum report decided to just fine the Fixers and even made them future captains. I hope Aamer's ban doesnt get reduced.And it wont be.
