A lot of times. A delicacy in Kerala. Don't think you get it here. Have heard of it being really juicy, but not this particular dish.
CSK Fan Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Beef and pork are the two tastiest dish in the world, I pity those who have never tasted them
G_B_ Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 LOL I am eating a Yuvraj singh humble apple pie. May i continue to eat plenty of those pies.....

Well with snails a lot depends on the acidity. Ie I asked him if garden variety snails in England were ok for dish and he said their acidity differs making them not good for cooking. Basically snails taste a bit like shell fish. Interesting in spain, at least Barcelona/catalunya (and they are particular about their autonomy) is sea food + cured jamon ham + sagria.(a wine mixed with fruits). The sagria is mixed with fruits because they dont do salads in spain. Thats their source of fibre. Even the dishes marked veg have ham in them. Some other pics from my trip. Jamon Sausages with goats cheese Payella (seafood) Mussels, Shrimp etc (highly overrated i thought) and Tapas, which is just a starter with meat/cheese and bread, I had chorizo (another cured and spiced ham) all washed down with Estella beer or Sagria.
SLICKR392 Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 I mean I had a friend who had snail recently but he was telling me about a different dish, not the one you had. What he had was more of like a curry. Black Forest or something. Not the cake.

Probably need to extract them from their shells for a curry through i would assume so. I did see them for eg put in payellas.
