No one knows the Future. But in Indian Sub-Continent, if any batsman has impressed me after Sachin, then it is Umar Akmal. Only batsman in Indian-Subcontinent (or perhaps in World) who has shown the Talent matching to Tendu,.... then it is Umar Akmal. Age is also on his side & with 19 years of age, he is going to play next 15-16 years. I know it is too early to compare some one with Great Tendulkar, but friends let me dance a little as it is rare to see Pakistani producing Quality Batsman as compared to India. Good wishes to this young lad.

he maybe a talented batsman but what will count is his attitude and ability to remain grounded inspite of all the adulation, ie if he gets any. there is a certain grace associated with tendulkar's batting whereas akmal falls into the category of agriculturists. he may go on to get many runs, but as far as matching tendulkars class is concerned , no chance
