patriot
http://www.cricinfo.com/ci/content/current/match/fixtures/index.html Even if are able to get in a game through ( with the minimum 20 overs a side ) - it will be much more difficult to try and achieve a higher run rate than a normal game as margins of victory will always be smaller. Not only must we beat Aussies well - we must hope that Pak can also beat Aussies to be absolutely certain that we can progress to semis. Link to comment

yoda
I think we will lose to the aussies. So a simple win against WI will do to avoid a total embarrassment. Link to comment

Don Sharma
if its a 20 over game.the NRR would also be calculated according to that' date='no?[/quote'] It is just based on the runs scored by the team, opposition and overs. No extrapolation like that in D/L method. Link to comment

No extrapolation like that in D/L method.[/quote'] exactly wen the overs r less it shouldnt affect the NRR.a 20 run win would give same NRR as a 50 run win in ODI Link to comment
