cowboysfan
i cant bear wtching him bowl in odis.he has become a liability.I think prasad has to rake the blame here.Ishant has lost pace and cant maintain line and length and has no variations at all.he needs a long break. Link to comment
ViruRulez
I was about to make the same thread now.. Ishant seems to have become a liability instead of an asset. His honeymoon period in the team is over. It seems we need to drop him from the team for sometime if he continues the same trend. Hope he either improves or is dropped soon. I dont want him to be included in the team just for his performance a year ago. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
He should have been allowed to grow in Tests before ODIs. He has been playing non stop since he made debut. He needs a bit of breather. Otherwise he is doomed like other seamers we have had over the years. T20, ODI, Tests he plays in all formats. He is not able to use variation to adjust to different formats. End result is garbage. He should stick to Test matches for a while. Link to comment
Ram
Have some patience. You reveled when he won matches for you. Now, when he is struggling, show some patience. Not everyone is a Sachin. Not everyone can turn up day in and day out and maintain high standards of excellence. Cricketers go through rough patches. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Should have been dropped ages ago. But who for??? If the back ups are Kumar then god help us. I have been saying for yonks. Sree is a must Link to comment

varun
I believe it was Sooda who mentioned a strategy that will work with demotivated Indian bowlers. - Try new blood, let them play for a year, drop, try new blood, allow comebacks. Repeat Link to comment

vvvslaxman
I think problem is he is not suited to this format. We have seen it so many times recently. He has no real good variations. When he had a bit of pace he got away. But now that he is clocking barely 130 k he has lost his sting. Some rest will do wonders. If he continues to play IPL, ODIs, T20 internationsl, Tests non stop he will continue deteriorating. Link to comment

King Tendulkar
there is sreesanth... rude but has intensity and hunger Ah but the PC brigade would rather have a clean cut goody goody nobody, rather then someone who bowls with fire in his belly Link to comment
Zap_Brannigan
How are bowlers who look promising when they come into international cricket lose their mojo after siome time with our teams. Link to comment

King Tendulkar
Ishant should play tests only. He has been hopless in tests as well. Needs to be dropped and recalled when he shows some real top form in FC cricket Link to comment
