He is a genuine match winner. He is more reliable than any of the Indian batsman. That is why he is rated so high.

I have more faith in Sachin than others. But that does not make it any less of a team sport. And I want to see a ton from Sachin. Anyways wrt to the topic- Ishant did have a good first spell vs Pak and has a good record agasint ponting- it aint MSDs fault that he's left his brain cell at home is it? Plus he bought the spinners on too because- as Mishra showed rightly- he felt they could take wickets. Paine and Punter had settled and were looking ok agst the new ball bowlers not a bad decision to change as Dhoni keeps saying he cant go bowl himself can he

That was the mentality that killed us in the 90s. You gotta stop depending on one player. Everyone should be a match winner and play like one. Veeru and Gambhir raked 214 runs in a matter of 21 overs in NZ.
