Should have been MOS, really. Almost as many series runs as Ponting, centuries in the semi and final, and 6 wickets at 25ish to boot. PK, flamy: G_I requested to have his current account removed.
Wha? why? :(( Coming back to Watson, Yea I am surprised he was not the MOS.

Watson is certainly the most improved player in the last year or so. But it isnt that he can't be tackled with, like all other batsmen he has his areas of scoring, we should have been more aware the areas to bowl to him. Here are some of the stats, Against England in the Semi Final.

25rdzpj.jpg 101 out of 136 runs on the Leg Side.
Against New Zealand in the Final
8yuts4.jpg Deep Midwicket is his zone.
Now look what we do
10wsmte.jpg Feed him on his legs and bowl short to him.

Good observation. I never noticed that he was such a leg dominant player.

Interesting, I also noticed he was pulling ball after ball. Perhaps a bit like Moyo and cutting.
