Nehra is awful and should not be anywere near Indian team

I dunno why everyone’s praising Nehra’s performance. He has the second highest economy rate among all specialist Indian bowlers' date=' enough reason for him to be dropped once and for all.. :dontknow:[/quote'] Cuz you are living in past and we think present. Read the thread to understand more

In all seriousness, this performance in the finals does NOT mean Nehra has completely dissolved all doubts over the veracity of his place in the ODI side. After all, after some initial good performances since his comeback, he has gone for a few runs here and there. So as well-informed, genuine fans, we should definitely the merits of inclusion all the time. That’s what we have a MB for right? But what is super lame is to have blind hate for a player and criticize him based on the preferential selection of stats and performances. You cannot possibly bump a thread when things go you way, ignore it when it doesn’t and still expect people to take you seriously. You might get away once , twice or even thrice..But at some point, the collective intelligence of posters is gonna catch up with you. Nehra is far from being the ideal seamer, but rather sadly, he’s among the best of a bad bunch. If we were to drop him, who do we play in his place? Sreesanth, the most specialist bowler in the history of all ODI cricket? Or Irfan, the short-wide- long hop specialist? Or Munaf, the 90 year old who never suffers from some disases and looks 26?

Every dog has his day. Sadly this one performance in a blue moon by bugs bunny means we will be lumbered with him tiull WC when he will get spanked and cost us the tournament!
couldnt agree with you more, this one odd performance wil keep him in the side till the world cup, nehra's and zaheer true worth as odi bowlers were seen when sl took batting powerplay and even kulasekra was hitting them badly

Nehras performance in this asian cup was over all awful. Terrible economy rate and his average was rubbish as well. Did well in one game and thats all. Was seriously tragic in all the other games!
was okay, not bad.wasnt even 100% for Pak game.anyway,he stepped up in the finals n well his average for the series is 21,not sure, how thats tragic, much better than Bhajji though:--D

So when Nehra performs well it's a once in a blue moon thing and we're stuck with him. But when Sreesanth performs well, also once in a blue moon and pretty much never in limited overs cricket he's regarded as one of the most talented bowlers we have! With fans like these, who needs clowns?

Well when you slander Bhaji and called him am monkey what does that make you? A clown perhaps?
