CSK Fan Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 no' date=' i said sachin has been far far ahead in terms of his record and consistent performances; however under pressure and in big games yuvraj has played more of the match winning innings [doesn't make yuvraj the greater player though'] Havent we gone through this before. Wasnt it proved by STATS that Sachin plays better in finals/semi-fianls/crucial games and while chasing big scores than anyone in the team? Then why come up with uninformed statement again?
Sachinism Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Sachin is an amazing man if i can achieve half of what he has I'll consider my time well spent From Yuvi's Twitter

Master Blaster Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Nope. You could make a case for the best ODI batsmen in our team as of right now but thats also debatable.
vvvslaxman Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Nope. You could make a case for the best ODI batsmen in our team as of right now but thats also debatable. Currently Dhoni. World no.1 DHoni. World no.2 Yuvraj. according to ICC ranking.
Master Blaster Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Interestingly enough hes only 27 and has played over 242 ODI matches. If he keep this form up, I think he has a pretty good chance to overtake some of Sachin's records:yikes:
harishanV Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I think he will come very close to.. He has been a very consistent ODI batsman over the last 4 years or so and if he is able to keep this up in the next 6-7 years of his career which he should be able to play until, I think he does have a pretty good chance..
Lord Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 http://twitter.com/yuvsingh09 r u sure its real.i saw on NDTV that its fake.they claimed none of Indian cricketers r on Twitter
King Tendulkar Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Is it Aprils fools day! Is this thread a joke?
Dinx - the Jinx Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I cant imagine anyone, why only Yuvi, becoming greater than Sachin. Its definitely not possible.. Sachin has gone through patches where other Indian batsmen have seemed greater than Sachin Eg: During 99/00 Ganguly was more successful in ODIs than Sachin... During 03/04 Dravid seemed bigger than Sachin in Tests.. But if you take the entire career, then Sachin has achieved greater heights that no one can surpass
Sachinism Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 r u sure its real.i saw on NDTV that its fake.they claimed none of Indian cricketers r on Twitter Don't know, I found it on cricketwithballs, Jrod created a feed with a bunch of cricketers and Yuvi was on there, from the comments made it seems legit , but never know
Master Blaster Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Overtaking Inzi's weigh is more like it Double chin fat****
satishg Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Sriram Ji come out with your rational explanations now! :haha: Bumping a thread when a player has failed is not the right way, but i still cant fathom what made you think that he might become a greater match winner than SRT.
