Mariyam
very good book ! quite a few of Wilde's famous quotes are from this play. you should read Picture of Dorian Gray too if u havent.. I haven't. Will read that after I'm done with this. Oscar Wilde is arguably the wittiest writer of all time. :icflove:

Prakat
^ I've been meaning to pick those up as well. Read about 20 pages of this one at a relative's place during diwali and liked it. Lucknow Boy is a delight. :nice: Essential reading for you especially I'd say :)
Sachin=GOD
Going to start "the secret of the nagas" in a day or two. finished it. I was a bit disappointed with this book. Wasn't as exciting or interesting as the 1st. It seems as if the author was trying a bit too hard to live up to the high expectations set by the 1st book. Sachin=GOD
 i liked the 2nd one better and felt it was better paced then first one many people liked the 2nd more than the 1st but for some reason I thought the 1st was better. Now I'm reading a collection of short stories by many great writers like E.M. Forster, Walter de la Mare, Mulk Raj Anand, Leo Tolstoy, Alexander Pushkin, Edgar Allan Poe, Guy de Maupassant, Anton Chehov, O. Henry, Ernest Hemingway etc.
Precambrian
Decided to gift my office colleague who's mad about cricket, a book. Of course the first thing to pop into mind was Ramachandra Guha's seminal "Corner of a Foreign Field". Ordering on flipkart, I decided to gift myself a copy of the same as well :D Started reading today....
