Whats the point of experimenting when we have two openers who have performed well in that position. Of course Raina and Kohli can be sent at no 3 and 4 to give a better exposure. Too much of a change in the batting position wouldn't help.

We have 3 openers in the squad (if all are playing) that are in good touch. There is no need to experiment at that position.

Raina can never be an Opener, just like he can never be a slogger. Virat can open. He has in the past and he can even now. Pair him up with Robin Uthappa, who comes in the team in place of Raina, I say :--D

This is an interesting idea spectre but then i think again and what comes into my mind is the sight of Sehwag hitting the bowlers all over the park. I mean seeing Sehwag bat again and again and again is what i would want to see even though if it's against a minow nation. May be Gambhir can rest, and Sehwag can open with Raina and Kohli coming 1st down or Kohli-Sehwag opening with Raina coming at 3
