riya
Two SA coaches. For a total effect they should choose Jhonty as the fielding coach:two_thumbs_up: Link to comment
fineleg
Indian bowling can only improve if Donald himself can bowl for India. :giggle: Good one! He'll be better than the Praveen Kumars :D On the topic - High time India got a good bowling coach. (Coaches are not overrated unlike what dsr thinks). We definitely need a good bowling coach - whether that is Allan Donald or someone else the BCCI needs to finalize soon. Link to comment

vvvslaxman
what about the spinners... We can use Muralitharan :two_thumbs_up: He will become a full time chennaiwala after his retirement. Seriously we do have decent spinning options. Link to comment

THX_1138
I can only hope that we have a bowling pair such as that of donald and pollock... given our batting, we would be virtually unplayable, forget beatable. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Don't like all these saffies taking over India. The balance is not right. Never should have axed Prasad and Singh. Link to comment
The Outsider
Bruce Reid had done a good job in his short stint by all accounts. Prasad was also a success over all. Am not too sure about Donald, though his stint with England was not very long but there aren't exactly any rave reviews from his county work either. Link to comment
The Dark Horse
Donald will not be a bad option.. I would prefer Srinath or even someone like T.A.Sekar from the MRF pace foundation who knows a lot about our youngsters. Link to comment
msb1991
People should keep in mind that Donald is not a technical coach, not a fan of video analysis but rather more of a mentor role. Therefore, the magical changes that fans are no doubt hoping for, are not likely to occur. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Lets go for Mcgrath, he was the better bowler:haha: Link to comment
