The chick on the left is the reason why lots of people watch Fox News - and from the management perspective, it allows Fox News folks to spit out garbage to their viewers without them ever realizing that they're listening to some of the most idiotic people on the planet.

Fox News must be absolutely fuming at Abdulmutallab for failing to detonate the explosion aboard that plane... Just imagine what would have happened if such a thing had happened and 300 people had been killed over US soil... That would have been the dream-break the conservatives have been waiting for with bated breath, to have a go at Obama. They would not have lost a second in pointing out how Obama's policies have weakened America's national security and strengthened the terrorists..

That is true, but in the case of Fox, it just doesnt feel the 'same'. They recently even auditioned Carrie Prejean for a day in the hope that they can get her on board, but the Prejean 'sex tape' happened and that was the end of that.

But why strip-search if they have body scanners?:dontknow:
For one, the body scanners may fail to detect low density material, and some liquids/powders may be invisible on the scan. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/are-planned-airport-scanners-just-a-scam-1856175.html From this article: "The Independent on Sunday has also heard authoritative claims that officials at the Department for Transport (DfT) and the Home Office have already tested the scanners and were not persuaded that they would work comprehensively against terrorist threats to aviation. " "If a material is low density, such as powder, liquid or thin plastic – as well as the passenger's clothing – the millimetre waves pass through and the object is not shown on screen. High- density material such as metal knives, guns and dense plastic such as C4 explosive reflect the millimetre waves and leave an image of the object. "
