dr_tooley
The only things the Pakis lack are any good players. They should confine themselves to playing Zimbabwe and Bangladesh, and when they felll good enough, to go and play NZ. Many then they can re-enter top flight Test cricket. Of the current test sides, they are easily the worst. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Afridi is adored all over the world... Just watch in australia, england, south africa... everywhere in the world... Afridi is even my favorite pakisstani cricketer by a far distance but that doesn't mean i think he is the best... We have better players than him... Asif is a showing he is a wold class bowler... Better than any of your bowlers.. o bette make a thead : How a charsi can be better than our bowlers.... And so the mystery continues. The hero worship of the below average afridi continues. Adored all over the world:haha: Why do paks worship such a failure of a cricketer??? This is one for NASA Link to comment
S.Bond
i guess everyone in our test batting is way way way way way better than Akmal...and i mean the specialist batsmen.....Akmal has played a grand total of 5 matches let him play 2 seasons and we will see how long he lasts..... care to check their batting records......you pakis like your heroes afridi and your team are a bunch of loosers....... hmmmm you can go and look stats and also post themhere if you want... You should not forget that afridi has also some wickets in his career... About Akmal: the comparaisons was not with indian current batsman (dravid, tendulkar, laxman ) but about futur prospect... I don't think that there is any doubt that he is a grand prospect for world cricket... Link to comment

Gambit
How often do you see a hundred by a Pakistani batsman? It's a question of temperament and mental strength. They need the kind of batsmen they had in the 90s. Their batsmen in the 90s were also major FTBs but they had the ability to stick it out, fight and not give their wicket away to wafty shots. If Moin Khan was in the team right now, he would be their best bat. Link to comment
cowboysfan
i think its a vicious cycle for them, the good players dont trust the others to hold up their end and try to do it on their own with predictable results.they are then criticized for playing rash shots or selfishly and dropped or demoted. The Dark Horse
Its a pity that a guy like Faisal Iqbal gets into the test team as a batsmen. That in itself is an indication of their batting talent:hatsoff: Link to comment

Say whatever you want but he's one of the best T20 players. Australians admit it through that poll. All of us know it so there no harm in accepting something factual. Pajama cricket or tolla cricket or whatever T20 is, it's still one of the formats of cricket and the whole cricketing world competes in it. I always wonder why you guys hate/jealous of him so much? He doesn't play for you guys and if he really is as miserable as you guys claim then you should be happy about it as him playing for Pakistan will really suck for us. so chillax and be happy. :winky: Link to comment
