Yuvi(avg 23), Sehwag(avg 30), Gambhir(avg 15) have pathetic averages in the final. Dhoni's alright with an avg of 39. India have won 14 multi-team tourney finals against non minnows since 15th November 1989. - Tendulkar averages 84 in these winning finals with a SR of 95 - He has 4 100s and 5 50s in these finals. - Only 2 of these finals have had Tendulkar being dismissed for less than 40 runs. - He top scored in 9 of those 14 wins - India has never won an ODI tourney after Tendulkar's debut in his absence despite playing in 8 such finals. So if we do manage to win the final, we'll be making history.

The average I gave you i.e. 49 was SRT in all finals(won, lost, tied) against all nations except BD and Zim.
