Pak_Forever
His dull captaincy has been the biggest cause for our struggle in Australia. He's great just as a batsman and should only stick to that. I hope Afridi gets the go. Link to comment
Desi Cartman
In all honesty, Shahid " IPL Reject" Afridi should be made the captain. He has been quite good with the ball and has some sort of respect in the team. I say Boom Boom Link to comment

Ram
I'd love to see someone like Afridi made captain. It'll be quite a sight, watching him bat like fish out of water, in test cricket. It'll be an even more entertaining sight, seeing his T20 class bowling easily played around by opposition batsmen, only for him to end up with figures like 1-80 or 2-160. Some Pakistani lunatics tutored in their Lahori school of Mullah logic still think Afridi is the one-stop-shop for all their test match problems. It should be much fun seeing their bubble burst horribly right in front of them. Afridi is a world class T20 player, a reasonable ODI player and pathetic test player. And just like our very own Shubham, who mindfully sticks to posting ONLY in the jokes forum, hence garnering the respect of one and all, Afridi too should stick to his strengths so that he does not have lose face (AGAIN) Link to comment
Pak_Forever
You would still have lost 3-0 even without Yousuf. No, don't think so. You had to watch the games live to know the damage Yosuf captaincy did to our chances. His field set-up through out the series (especially against Hussey-Siddle patnership) and drying out 4 bowlers for the whole day without giving a go to part-timers was outrageous. He carried on his incompetence in first ODI too and commentators kept rightly criticizing his field set-up. Link to comment

They are good or least very decent. A little reserach before posting will help :winky: Link to comment

It seems like as though when people dont have real arguments to put forward, they take refuge in numbers. If you're so convinced in the undoubted test match credentials of your beloved beast, why is that he hasnt played a test match for almost three and half years now? You guys dont lose a solitary opportunity to trumpet Afridi's career numbers, but in the same breath, never include him the test either. Why, are you 'fraid that the truth might come out? Truth that a random slogger edging his way to the odd 50 simply wont cut in test cricket and you need real batsmen with real temperament? Bottom line, if you're absolutely convinced of his quality, play him people. :winky: Link to comment

vvvslaxman
It doesn't matter who captains their team they are going to suck. I mean only Pakistan will worry about losing a lunatic as captain :hysterical:. This guy won't even be captaining Tripura if he were in India. If this idiot can't handle pressure in a dead rubber how the heck he is going to react in a crucial match. They better reinstall Malik as captain. He sucks too. But atleast he is not going to go around biting cricket ball. A man with such a low IQ, man who is famous for brainless shots throughout his career is going to make tactical decisions . Laughable.
