SachDan Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 in 2010 !! :hail: Now he has scored at least one hundred in each of the last SIX test series India played. Mind you four out of those six are 'mini series',consisting of only two tests !! Hail The Genius :hail::hail: PS calling tdigi
DomainK Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Sachin Tendulkar in the last one year Averages 82.54 with 4 centuries and 4 half centuries. What a player.:adore:
Deleted_User_1 Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Man I hail him for his efforts, what that shot was uncalled for. Too risky given the situation. He just fell into Harris's plan. Now it is all over.
Gambit Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Tendulkar's been our standout batsman along with Gambhir in the last two years in pressure situations. Right from the Pak series in 2007. He has played some really important 3rd and 4th inning knocks of late. Today was another such knock. He should have carried on but his dismissal was a freakish one. Considering it was a second innings effort, in the absence of Dravid and Laxman only Gambhir and Tendulkar could be counted upon given Veeru's terrible 2nd innings record. Gauti failed unfortunately which is why we are in the doldrums. You always need atleast two batsmen to shine when faced with such a mammoth deficit.
satishg Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 Sachin is back Sachin is back Sachin is back :yay::yay::icflove: Punter sucker :finger: We are winning the 2nd test people, you heard it from me first :icflove: Thank you sachin for a wonderful innings :hatsoff:

kabira Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 BTW, it was his first hundred against SA in India.
sm332 Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 BTW' date=' it was his first hundred against SA in India.[/quote'] this was really surprising oh well making up for last time. Pity it was in a lost cause but hopefully the team can go into the 2nd test with some optimism and strike back. I want to a spicy turner!!!!
Don Sharma Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 I reached home just in time to watch the master get his 46th.:hatsoff: Btw, that dismissal of his reminded me of the way he got out to Giles in Bangalore'02. He was out stumped then having got fed up with the negative tactics of Hussain and Giles.
