In 1971 our neighbors, inspired by Israel's success, planned to eliminate the Indian Air Force on the first day. As usual it was named named after a Muslim king (Chengiz Khan). Israel has tremendous support from the US because of the right wing in the US and their biblical links to the Jewish state. Most of those US lawmakers could care less about India. Israel enjoys practically unlimited support from the US and this benefits Israel only. I don't think Israel is in a position to influence US policy over India at all.

On Pakistan, their view is not too dis similar to ours and its clear the grip they have on American politics. In the past, they have helped us diplomatically, have provided us military support etc and we have helped in return. They recently launched a spy satellite whose sole purpose was to spy on Iran, guess where it was launched from - India.
