maggot_brain Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 I use Open Office all the time, I haven't used MS Office for about 7 years. I'd advise you to use Novell's version of it: http://go-oo.org/ It's got better compatibility with MS formats.

DomainK Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 I use Google docs a lot. It has all the basic features and you can access your files from anywhere. I also use openoffice and MS office 2007. No doubt MS Office 2007 is the best. I create and edit docs and presentations and then store them in Google docs for accessibility, sharing and small editing in future.
