Here's another catch for you: Why didn't Shaoib seek a divorce much earlier and is doing it only now when his marriage to Sania now is under question and when the laws are catching up with him? Why should the girl be required to prove everything and why is there absolutely no responsibility on Shoib in your book to come clean at all? This was the same Shoaib who insisted there was no question of a Nikaah as there was no marriage till last evening and now he is ready for divorce in one night?

I don't think this question has any value why the Girl has to prove every thing? Friend you are wrong while: 1) It is not only girl, but also husband has to prove and all this depends upon the situation who is making the claim. If a claim is made by Husband of Nikah, then he should prove all the things. It seems you are emotional therefore not able to understand the simple thing and keep on abusing here. 2) There is a system of Registering a NIKAH. But in this case of lady: (1) She didn't register the Nikah (2) She had no Photos of marriage (3) No one from Pakistan met her as wife of Malik during whole 10 years (very strange she always played hide game (4) Why Malik stayed in HOTEL when they were already married in 2002? Why didn't he stayed in house of his wife? This makes no sense. 3) Shoaib's stance was clear that he was deceived and in this case Nikah does not take place according to Islamic Laws.

Once again for the millionth time (perhaps you people understand it this time). There is a simple ruling known as "Khula" (the right of woman to get divorce). It is also valid in India under Muslim Personal Law. According to this law if husband has not contacted his wife for more than 4 months, then she could file a case and get the Talaq from the court immediately. Therefore, no question of what would have happened with the girl. But counter question for Siddiqis and people who are supporting Siddiqis: "Why didn't Siddiqis filed the case of Khula Talaq during the last 6 years? If they were really truthful that they only wanted Talaq, then they could have easily achieved it through filing the case of Khula. Nay, instead of Khula Talaq, they made the cases of 498-A, 420 and 506 which shows these people could not be trusted. I just hope that supporters of Siddiqis (or the haters of Malik while he is Pakistani) don't derail from the facts due to their personal enmities. As far as the case of misusing the Islamic Laws by Indian Mufti (as mentioned above in case of father in law) is concerned, then it was the fault of Indian Mufti and there was a lot of criticism upon it in Pakistan (along with myself).

This is a good question. May be it is not only Muslim feelings but also her Personal Feelings about the Illegal activities of Isreal for decades causing protests and deaths of thousands of innocents. Not only SANIA, but also many European Companies and organizations criticize Israel for lack of human rights and boycott Israel. Any how, marriage to Malik was not controversial in the beginning. Majority of Pakistanies and (perhaps also the majority of Indians) were happy that this pair getting married. It was only the dispute of Aisha which started the opposition in India at this level. It is very narrow minded thinking that Sania should not marry a human being while he belongs to enemy country. Mind you enmity of India and Pakistan is only 60 years old. By going according to this narrow minded thinking then Indian Hindus and Indian Muslims should started killing each other right on the spot while they have the history of enmity which goes beyond Centuries.

I dont think that is true .. she and Shahar Peer were women's doubles partners and also won one tournament in 2007.. ^^^ I dont know if Sania will be able to adjust to UAE .. a few days ago a British couple were sent to 1 or 3 months jail for kissing and a few months ago an Indian man and woman were sent to 3 months jail for sending a raunchy SMS .. they are not even leaving SMS so dont know if they will let Sania be in freedom .. I doubt it for sure with their recent judgments etc.
