Bradman99 Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 Good luck mate, given that you are already 20 you would have to work incredibly hard and be exceptionally talented to achieve these ambitious goals. But it's always good to set yourself high goals, good luck mate, it's not too late but hope you realise how tough it will be.

99.94 Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 Hey mate you never know! Warne was playing Grade cricket in St. Kilda and 18 months later debuted for Australia.
Lord Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 i hope u r really serious about it n this isnt just excitement, first month is tough,if u r as excited as now after working hard for a month,u'll do well
zen Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 to find out whether its too late to start watch 'million dollar baby'
Jersey #10 Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 You are talking hard core 8 -10 hours in the nets every single day for next 5 years to get anywhere close to CSK I suggest, you buy a bowling machine and bat until you fall on the floor every morning to evening.

Volume31 Posted April 30, 2010 Author Posted April 30, 2010 I can't afford to buy a bowling machine but i will try to practice at least 10 hours a day!
Volume31 Posted April 30, 2010 Author Posted April 30, 2010 Where were you doing till 20 :hitler: watching vijay ' date=' simbu movies?[/quote'] Actually i had an operation when i was 17 (when i was about to join cricket coaching). so doctor advised me to Take rest and Now i am ready to work Hard no matter what!! :two_thumbs_up:
Jersey #10 Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 I can't afford to buy a bowling machine but i will try to practice at least 10 hours a day! Who will bowl for you for 10 hours? :nervous: I have tried and I couldn't find any one who can bowl for me for over 45 minutes. Tip - When you train, follow only one batsman because following too many of them will be like messing with your technique. I would chose someone like Sachin, Kallis, Dravid, Waugh, Ponting etc. In your case, since you want to be aggressive, I would chose Lara.

Jersey #10 Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 I envy you Volume..I wish I could do this (I would love to). I have tried but never worked out for me..:((
