Mariyam Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Watched Bodyguard...7/10 For once, I agree with you rating. Didn't match expectations. But still a timepass flick. better than Ready for sure. I liked Ready much more than Bodyguard. I made a good decision. we had 200 Rs lounge tickets' date=' I somehow exchanged them with 100 Rs tickets..saved some money...[/quote'] You are Gujju or Marwari?

zombiePotato Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 That Girl In Yellow Boots.. rated 4.5/5 :O Need to check it out this weekend.
WC2011INDIA Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Bodyguard - 7/10 Much better than Ready. The action scenes in this movie were more satisfying than Dabangg. I liked the twist too. However, I still feel Wanted is Salman's best masala flick.
kabira Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 totally agree Wanted is the best of the lot.
gaurav92 Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Yup Wanted is worth watching time and again. Prakash Raj has done a fabulous job in that movie. :hatsoff:
WC2011INDIA Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Yup Wanted is worth watching time and again. Prakash Raj has done a fabulous job in that movie. :hatsoff: Yes, he elevates these kind of movies. Even Sonu Sood in Dabangg was a fun villain. Boduguard's villains are WEAK.
gaurav92 Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 But Prakash Raj in Wanted > Sonus Sood in Dabangg by some mileeeeeeeeees
DomainK Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Watched 30 minutes of Singham. The movie sucks. Not even 1/100th of Dabang, which was a good entertainer.
WC2011INDIA Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Watched 30 minutes of Singham. The movie sucks. Not even 1/100th of Dabang' date=' which was a good entertainer.[/quote'] I agree that Dabangg is more entertaining than Singham, but the action scenes in Singham are much more satisfying than Dabangg. I am surprised that Singham managed to do 100 crore net in India without massy music and with below average comedy and romantic scenes. It seems people were really clamouring for a full on Ajay Devgan action flick. My biggest problem with Singham were the dialogues. Only a marathi could understand those dialogues.
Holysmoke Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Xmen first class. Liked it. Never got into the xmen thing uptil now.. figured this was a prequel so i'll watch it.. not bad. Next stop - Xmen origins - wolverine. PS - I think heroes season 1 > xmen.
Yoda-esque Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Bodyguard 1/10 what a bore-feast :afraid: Lets hope Mariyam does not read this
DomainK Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Death Sentence: A man's son is killed. So, even though he has been a risk analyst all his life and did not have much combat experience, he goes and kills his son's killer. The killers friends come back and kill the rest of his family. So he gets angry and one day shaves his head and turns into John Rambo from risk analyst overnight, storms into the villains' den armed to teeth and kills them all. And yeah, he never had any weapons training. But don't worry, guns come with manuals and reading the manuals for an evening makes you better than the punks who kill everyday for a living.
gaurav92 Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Watched Bodyguard, its a nice one time watch, time pass movie :nice: I'd give it 7/10
