You know that the outcome of such an argument is necessarily asking Wasim, Waqar, Inzy, Miandad ahead of Butt, Sami, Aamer etc?
Precambrian Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Also Pakistan has been India since civilisation till 60 years back. So you agree Pakistan is still a part of India?

First asian team to win 50 over WC First asian team to win 20/20 over WC First asian team to be test No.1 First asian team to be ODI No.1 you can't re-achieve these things. they've already been achieved. you can't become the 'first asian team' to do something when another asian team has already done it. i'm an indian but your logic went for a toss here. big time.

UmarAkmal Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Pakistan revolutionized cricket by inventing Doosra, revived leg spin bowling in 80s thru Qadir otherwise there would have been no Shane Warne. Pakistan brought aggression in fast bowling thru 2 W's & Imran . Before them, fast bowling was all about medium pacers looking for swing. Yorkers, reverse swing...you name it. Pakistan introduced neutral umpiring concept and Aleem Darr was 1st Asain umpire to become best elite panel umpire.

Why didn't you tell me this before? :hitler:[/quote'] Lillee was a ghunda not a fast bowler. He averaged 100 in Pakistan. Any body can show aggression to batsmen with no helmets or protective guards.
yoda Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 No Shane Warne without Qadir. With logic like this, do we even need to argue? :hail:

kabira Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Bangladesh has to bat first and score 150 attleast and then stifle Aussies. I think Aussies middle order is weak. Get watson and warner early, you will see them struggle.
ViruRulez Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 To be quite frank it is nerly impossible for Banglas to beat Aussies. But then Zimboks have beaten Aussies in warm-um showing not impossible. They need to get Warner and Watson early and the rest is not that T20 material. Similarly they need to play Tait and Nannes carefully and the rest is possible.

There is possibility of rain on that day. So there is still an outside chance for Bangladesh.
Ripper Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 One good thing about T20 is that you never know who would be the winner is. 50-50 can give you surprises, test cricket might give a shocker but T20 is quite open.
Show_stopper Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Ignore the paki trolls guys..they are just frustrated that not even in the format that they excel, I mean not even once can they perform right from the start and live up to their billing. They always wait for the teams to write them off before fluking their way to a win.
