More than that, it is a medium through which they can quickly rubbish false media reports and where their words wont be twisted. Also, great marketing and advertisements opportunities available for twitter itself. Dont know if they already have, but in the near future twitter can cash in on dedicated advertisements on the celebrities pages. Yuvi and Shane Warne has had twitter for a while and then Yuvi opened his facebook fan club I think. Others like Raina, Zaheer, and Rohit followed with their twitter accounts. Now Sachin has opened his and Dhoni wouldnt be too far behind. Looking forward to Sachin's tweets.
