Aaku Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 This will be just great to watch ! No Mahi, no GOD.. wow big test for the young team! Lots of luck :icflove:
Aaku Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 And Karthik couldve been the VC ? :dontknow: He'll have a huge role to play anyway ! Go Indiaaaaa:cheer:
Aaku Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Another thing is the quite farcical captain choices for both sides Dinesh has lead his state and (i think im right in saying) his Zone... yet Raina leads the team Nice. Yup. Leads TN! Suresh is a good choice, but ermm Dinesh cudve been the deputy !
yoda Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Utthappa is injured:(( Heard Srikkanth wacked him so that he can include more CSK/Chennai'ites in the team. This information was passed on by Achilles.
Manny_Pacquiao Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 M Vijay, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Suresh Raina (capt), Virat Kohli (vice-capt), Rohit Sharma wow, is this the future middle order of india? these guys will replace dravid laxman and srt? i hope not
diegovegaz Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 tyagi and mithun have played for india they both were rated highly..everyone wanted to see them playing tyagi in fact warmed the bench series after series and at this golden oppurtunity..bloody cheeka put them in India A:banghead:
diegovegaz Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 And Karthik couldve been the VC ? :dontknow: He'll have a huge role to play anyway ! Go Indiaaaaa:cheer: virat kohli is being groomed here he was fantastic while taking over for the delhi ranji team..turned fortunes around and ofcourse, the former u-19 wc winning skipper..definately a deserving candidate
Lord Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 wat i cant understand hw Rohit manages to make team after team.he hs a pathetic ODI record.just because he played one good knock in T20WC doesnt guarantee his spot in ODIs
asterix Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 This is significant. Hope Raina is made the captain of ODI and T20 teams and 'relieve' Dhoni to concentrate in Test matches and IPL. Raina has the right temperament to lead the limited overs team. Good decision by the selectors.
Sachinism Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Rohit playing with these sides is fine. He needs to get some practice
Lord Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Rohit playing with these sides is fine. He needs to get some practice practise for what.hes been given enuf chances n has a terrible record in ODIs.why not give chance to other desrving younsters
Sachinism Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 I meant he shouldn't be in the national side, but can play with these A kinda teams, hopefully he can improve on temperament because his got the skills otherwise
Lord Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 I meant he shouldn't be in the national side' date=' but can play with these A kinda teams, hopefully he can improve on temperament because his got the skills otherwise[/quote'] even in this A side, guys like Pandey,Pujara,Tiwary n Dhawan has missed out.how is Rohit better than tem, atleast give them a chance yes he got skills, but thats no different from BD approach with Ashrafool.he got skills too,but has zero temperament.fortunately we've got options,so why not try them instead of giving chances after chances to this failure
hari504504 Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 practise for what.hes been given enuf chances n has a terrible record in ODIs.why not give chance to other desrving younsters agree 100%... chance after bloody chance.. at the expense of fit players like Uthappa.......He's nothing special on the international stage...can continue showing his 'taalunt' on the domestic circuit
veer Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Rohit sharma is a good batsman.. just a lil problem with attitude .. and IPL isnt doing anything good for him.. he is too good of a batsman to waste..
veer Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 virat kohli is being groomed here he was fantastic while taking over for the delhi ranji team..turned fortunes around and ofcourse, the former u-19 wc winning skipper..definately a deserving candidate kohli is more style and less substance..
diegovegaz Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 kohli is more style and less substance.. :hitler: i disagree he gives it everything when he plays for india he is a classy batsman
hari504504 Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 :hitler: i disagree he gives it everything when he plays for india he is a classy batsman and a good fielder
