Not suer what happened here. I said this at the time when he was picked up. The rest are playing IPL, he was coming out of the cold into the tournament. It turned out that the ones playing IPL were over burnt and he was not ready.

You guys were whopped by Australia, England, New zealand. and you are yet to beat us in a T20. So please stop worrying eyes of world. Start worrying about 12th straight loss to Australia. I didn't consider our T20 WC victory in 2007 as any sort of achievement, nor will I consider any future T20 WC wins (if it happens) as some sort of achievement. Of course I'd want my team to win in whatever format it plays, but T20 results doesn't disappoint me nor does it elate me (if we win it's 'ok', if we lose it's 'no problem'). Yes, I would have been devastated if this were an ICC Tournament of ODI format. I was really disappointed when we were knocked out of the ICC Champions trophy last year. The upcoming tri series against Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka for me is just an opportunity to test younger talents. For me the next target is the Asia Cup, and this is where I'd be devastated if we don't win it. P.S. And just to confirm that I ain't a sore loser, I'm not taking anything away from the semi finalists in this tourney. All credit to them for making it to the semis, and may the best team win. Good luck.
