ZodiaC Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 After seeing Bhajji bowling yesterday' date=' I couldnt but compare him to Swann. Swann is not afraid to flight each and every ball, he gets a very high % of LBW and bowleds. Bhajji is so afraid of getting hit, he bowls flat darts[/quote'] He used to flight the ball at his prime. Plus this was a 20-20 game, with team requiring like 12 runs off the last over. Can't blame him much for bowling darts there. :dontknow:
DeXteR Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Sehwag will have a very hard time if conditions are like the recent series vs Pak. Might not even get to Swann. :winky: may be Swann gona be spanked so badly by Aussies ,that he wont get to see Sehwag :--D
DeXteR Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Aus are arguably the worst players of spin these days Aussies dont play spin that well , but are still are capable enough to beat England . Swann no doubt is good bowler , but its always tough against Aussies anyway.
b555 Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 well it seems statistically true now The best spinner in all formats http://www.cricinfo.com/magazine/content/story/478473.html
veer Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 damn.. this guy is gud.. one thing I like abt this guy is his passion to play for England.. he is a fighter... Swann and Strauss gonna take this team to distance.. Team to watch out for in 2011 WC..
hittler7795 Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 I like Graeme Swann. He is wonderful match winner bowler. I Like its actions. This man has great talent. Graeme Swann is suitable for all format of cricket.
facetheace Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Graeme Swann is def the best now but i'm wondering how long he can stay on top of his game....
CSK Fan Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 He used to flight the ball at his prime. Plus this was a 20-20 game' date=' with team requiring like 12 runs off the last over. Can't blame him much for bowling darts there. :dontknow:[/quote'] But Swann was bowling with the same loop and flight, and proving to be more effective both in terms of economy and wickets, in T20s. Though to be fair, he was playing against Pak
ensd2 Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 Swanny gonna get swanned by Sehwag and Raina
ZodiaC Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 But Swann was bowling with the same loop and flight' date=' and proving to be more effective both in terms of economy and wickets, in T20s. [b']Though to be fair, he was playing against Pak That's the whole point :--D
King Tendulkar Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Bhajji can never produce a delivery that Swann did today.i'd back even Sehwag to do that rather than Bhajji Now go see his dissmissal of north today and eat humble pie
King Tendulkar Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 ofcourse he does it on dustbowls,as i said,i'd back even Sehwag to do that. but this aint a dustbowl.far from it.so to turn it that big from outside leg, requires special skill, which i dont think Bhajji has despite his 350+ test wickets:--D Now go see his dissmissal of north today and eat humble pie
King Tendulkar Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Where are you Lord? Did you see bhajis ball to North ball pitches on leg and hits Off. You said Bhaji could has never bowled that before:haha:

King Tendulkar Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Come on Lord dont be stubborn! Eat humblie pie and enjoy the taste:cantstop:
thevortex Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Bhajji's delivery pitched on leg n hit off.Swann's one pitched well OUTSIDE leg.Bhajji's was a beauty but not as good as Swann's Moreover, century or not, North is a disaster waiting to happen against spinners. In that example he played back to a ball which pitched quite close to the crease!!
Sachinism Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Come on Lord dont be stubborn! Eat humblie pie and enjoy the taste:cantstop: Come on man North played that poorly. It was a good ball no doubt, but Swann's was much better
jibranpatel15 Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 we dont need to ask a question on that guys he definately is the best spinner in this world who can also bat at no 9/10 as he has got 4 fifties to his name and he also has a tendency of picking up a wicket in his 1st over of a spell( many a times he has done it). This years ashes is equal but the diffrence between the teams is greame swann definately and i think england are favorite to win simply b'coz they have swann in them
Sachinism Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 Dravid has absolutely toyed with his bowling all series. :adore: The ease with which he has played him......OMG
