And whats the mechanical robustness of the whole thing like? What if it develops a glitch in the air, simply falls out of the sky on some houses and kills people?

If it was that easy, terrorists would be doing it with private planes. People fly small private planes all the time in america.

Same as is valid for private planes. See the new thing here is that it is plane to car convertible. Everything else is not something that is very new. Plus it runs on gas, and is a steal at that price. Propeller based private planes cost about $150k-300K ..
