How man transfers are there & why isn't mottu patel in the AR list?

Format...... Number of Transfers Test.......... 25 T20I......... 15 ODI.......... 20 Samit Patel is in bowlers' list.

All teams will receive a total of 60 Transfers over the course of the competition. Transfers will be allocated as below: Format Number of Transfers Time & Date of Allocation Test 25 06:30 IST on Thursday 15th November 2012 T20I 15 06:30 IST on Tuesday 18th December 2012 ODI 20 06:30 IST on Sunday 23rd December 2012 Don't know why Mottu Patel is not there as Test Allrounder. Only Yuvi seems to be a worthwhile Test Allrounder in the list.

Transfers made after this time will be taken from the transfer allocation for that period. So I'm assuming yes you can switch around player each day. Although I'm wondering if there will be free transfer window between each test. Admin baba if you can answer this question.
