1) What power did BCCI hold during that period ? BCCI were in huge debt during that time and had no power to arm twist themselves let alone ICC. See if your going to argue with valid points then do put it on the table or else stop with the conspiracy theory. To protest Mike Denness' ruling even the South African players stood by the Indian players and decided to play the 3rd test against the ruling of Mike (i.e. suspension of certain Indian players for the 3rd test) and this is the reason why 3rd Test was tagged unofficial by the ICC. If you have any iota of knowledge of what took place in the 2nd test, you wouldn't have questioned Tendulkar's integrity. So were you insect on the pitch who listened to the entire verbal duel. Because if you weren't, then you really don't know , do you? Btw Symonds is earning millions thanks to BCCI , so I don't see how he is bitter. Step 1: We didn't do it! We can never do it as Pakistanis are honorable and can never cheat! Step 2: It was an accident, he didn't mean to cheat. Step 3: Prove the cheating in the court of law with proof such as audio and video clips with players themselves admitting to the crime else the players are innocent. Step 4: It's a conspiracy and the whole world is out to get us since they are jealous of us (another variation - they fear us)! Step 5: So what we cheated and got caught? Everyone does it. As I suspected you did not bother reading the transcript because the keywords that you were looking for in that article (e.g: Indians, cheat, tendulkar sucks, pakistani, poor victims etc.) were not there as this article was an obvious conspiracy theory. However your claim of Symond withdrawing his charge was not right as had he withdrawn the case the matter wouldn't have reached where ICC would have had to appoint a judge to have a look at what was going on. Symonds was bitter as CA because he thought he didn't have enough backing from his board as much as Bhajji did by BCCI. Second, do you have any proof where your claim of "Sachin was lying under the oath" could be proven right ? I mean where the hell do you get this conclusion by looking at the same bloody video many of us have watched and found insufficient evidence of what was actually communicated between the two (Symo and Bhajji). Is Dravid alluding that this menace is wide spread and cricket has been dirty in recent times?
