just akhtar' date=' not all pakis.[/quote'] Is that why you jumped in to defend Pak here?
zaheer and bhajji just got trashed by South Australian scrub players to the tune of 100 runs in 8 overs. yeah they are world class full tossers.

err wasn't defending pak there. just putting to rest the misconception that our bowling (zaheer + bhajji) is world class. I hope you learned your lesson.

the guy is giving is everything in a team full of mediocrity. a true champion if there ever was one in the paki team. to bowl 95 mph at 35 is no joke. i hope he plays the WC and finishes among the top wicket takers and retire with his head held high.
if there was any paki cricketer who i would welcome to the indian team its shoaib. if ever he needs a place to stay he can crash at my house.
I think he's an awesome cricketer. He's one of the few Pakistani players that Indians actually like. A lot of it comes from maybe his competitive streak.
The guy has always been a great performer for Pakistan. Good to see him back.
the guy stays away from the game for so long suffers from injury' date=' then decides to get fit and come back and what does he do? starts performing better than all the pacers in pak. [b']THE HEART OF A CHAMPION.
Just one quick question; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Which effing planet do you guys live on, seriously? ‘Heart of a champion..’, ‘One player a lot of Indians like..’, ‘Great performer for Pakistan..’..WTF! :hysterical:

Show-aib’s career has been unqualified disaster, not just at a personal level, but the level of cumulative embarrassment he has caused his country so far is only exceeded by Paris Hilton. The dude’s a disaster at the moment and can barely hold his body together to bowl 4 overs in the trot. He’s obviously back in it so that some IPL owner is impressed and gives him a lucrative contract and here we have people singing hymns in praise of him! But I do agree with nballa on one thing. My respect for Shoaib has increased ten-fold as well… Yes, 0.0001% to 0.001%. Doesn’t matter that he’s a self-pompous, drug-abusing, ball-tampering, maniacal jerk who has more cosmetic operations than Pamela Anderson, at least he doesn’t match-fix. Hail Shoaib! :hail:

how does that explain shoaib's economy rate after his comeback which is currently the best in cricket? granted whatever he has done early in his career is not what you would expect from a top class bowler but he returned a changed man.

Completely agree with Morris on this.....first time for everything. "Heart of a champion", "a player Indians like", you lot need to get a your balls re-attached and sound out a grovelling apology for such retarded statements.

Don’t take this personally, but are effing deluded? The dude’s mess, alternating b/w being embarrassingly overweight to hilariously overweight. He obviously spends more time fixing his fair than working on his fitness. He’s probably only a heartbeat away from getting injured (AGAIN).. Just look at him nearly kill himself to get through 4 overs..! And changed man? Oh dear, I don’t even where to start..This is probably his 98454633th comeback to international cricket in the last 2 years alone and all it takes for you to be impressed is for this chucking cheat to hurl a couple of balls above 90 mph, forgetting all the trail of collateral damage he has left wherever he went in the past..! I mean, WTF! :hysterical: Seriously dude, are you paid to write good things about Shoaib? Because the disconnect b/w your opinion and reality is SOOOOO big, even the fatass Shoaib can walk through it.

How many matches does that "comeback" constitute?

Seems there’s no end to delusion! :hysterical: If you’re the sort of person who respects who say respects Cancer’s ability to spread quickly or AIDS ability to be incurable, yes, then you can respect Show-aib Akhtar’s comeback as well.

I like Shoaib Akhtar for the following reasons: A: As an Asian/brown cricket bowler to be considered, feared as a true genuine fast bowler amongst west indians/oz/nz/eng/vuvuzella players is an achievement by itself B: Used to enjoy his bowling when he was in form/ enjoyed his stint with KKR in IPL that opening game where he took 4 wickets was simply amazing C: Probably one of the very few players in Pakistani team who can speak english well and is educated and does not include religious salutations in every sentence/ not overtly religious like 99% of Paki players D: Usually paki fans never hate on their players even if they are involved in crimes ie: Bob woolmer's murder, kickbacks, spot fixing, ball biting, match fixing, sharjah but when it comes to Shoaib Akhtar they profess their outlandish hatred on him for some reason or other which makes me doubt their intentions and reasons for hating him thus making me want to support Akhtar even more. Think of 'enemy of my enemy is my friend' E: He doesn't wear homosexual green lipstick or green football shoes matching his green outfit F: Props to him for sticking with PCB and not suing them to bankruptcy oblivion after they exposed his privacy to the press by declaring his sexual disease.....regardless of one's views on his private life....you don't publish that to the whole world...pretty a**holish and unprofessional G: At age 35 still bowling at 95 mph is simply amazing for someone with south asian body type and gene
